Natalie Kennedy is a certified herbalist whose passion is creating natural products using botanicals and pure, simple ingredients. She began formulating products for her own children and family in 2001 and has since gone on to expand The Honest Herb Co. with dozens of products serving hundreds of families across the country.

Our honest beginning…
In 2001, I knew becoming a parent was going to change my life, but I didn’t know it was also going to be the beginning of an amazing business journey.
As a new mom, I wanted my baby to be happy and healthy and when she showed up in this world with sensitive skin that broke out in rashes, I started studying botanical medicine and earned a certificate in Botanical Medicine. I knew there had to be something better for her and we hadn’t been able to find any relief in modern medicine or over-the-counter skin care products.
The more studying I did, and the more market research I had under my belt, the more convinced I became that we needed something better; something with simple, natural ingredients that you can pronounce.
As we experimented and perfected the balance of ingredients and the process of creating, we discovered something that was more powerful and dynamic than any diaper rash remedy available at the time.
We re-discovered a cure-all as old as time.
Our journey expanded into creating products that we could use on precious baby skin, adult skin and even our pet’s too. From there, we just kept growing! Herbal salves, muscle rubs, bath soaks, linen spray, body butters and more.
